01 · The school
A school built for opportunity.
Set on 81 acres just outside Nanyuki, Kenya, Three Rivers Academy opened in 2022 to provide students with a values-based secondary education grounded in compassion, excellence, and purpose.
For years, spiritually-grounded primary schools in the region hoped for a secondary school where students could continue their education in the same nurturing environment. Three Rivers was established to meet that need.
The school began modestly — using existing buildings while new dormitories, classrooms, and shared learning spaces were developed. Today, Three Rivers supports approximately 180 students, with plans to grow to 300 across Years 7–12.

Three Rivers Academy pairs strong character education with the internationally recognised Cambridge curriculum — encouraging students to grow in integrity, responsibility, kindness, leadership, and confidence.
Teachers see each student as valued, capable, and full of potential. That culture of care has helped Three Rivers become known for both academic excellence and strong student character.
